My Yoga Teaching Style
I became passionate about yoga 2 ½ years ago while going through a stressful life transition; during that time, my yoga mat offered me a space to heal and work through difficult emotions. Since then, yoga has become a part of who I am and is something that I practice regularly to maintain overall wellness. My yoga teaching style is informed by my background as a therapist and focuses on self-compassion, gratitude, and personal growth.
I am excited and honored to share my love of yoga with you. Namaste.
Yoga Class Schedule:
Tuesday evenings 6-7:30 PM
Saturday mornings 10:30 AM-12 PM
Saturday afternoons 12:30 PM- 2 PM (teens only, age 13-18)
