Fees & Payment
We offer a free 30 minute consultation in person (or by phone if you prefer) to discuss treatment and answer any questions you may have. This is also an opportunity for you to get to know your therapist and see if it a good fit for your needs.
Session fees vary for each therapist, with fees expected to be paid at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. You can find each therapist's fees by clicking on the "Staff" tab, and then clicking on the "Learn more about" link under each therapist. Our therapists take a variety of forms of payment, including cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Using Insurance?
Please note that not all of our providers are eligible to be on insurance panels. If you plan on working with someone, please let us know you plan on using your insurance once we are able to do so.
What if you don't take my insurance?
While some of our providers may be listed on your insurance panel, not all of our providers accept insurance for payment. Why? However, for individuals with mental health treatment benefits, you may be eligible to claim out-of-network benefits.
Please note, provisionally licensed providers (currently: Emily Forsythe, Lori Sheffield, Timothy Miller) may not be eligible for reimbursement, but offer services at a discounted rate.
You will pay for service up front at the time of service, and you will be given a special receipt (called a "Superbill") to give to your insurance company for them to reimburse you. We cannot make any guarantees about how much you will be reimbursed for by your insurance company.
The first thing to do is to call your insurance company (usually listed on your ID card) and ask questions about your benefits. Be prepared to ask them the following questions:

- Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services in order to be reimbursed?
- If I have out-of-network benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?
- Do I have a deductible and if so, what is it?
- What documentation needs to be submitted for reimbursement?
